FACSCalibur

The FACSCalibur is a dual laser machine with an air cooled argon laser (emitting at 488 nm) and a red diode laser (emitting at 635nm) providing a maximum of 4 colour analysis capability together with forward and 90 degree light scatter. Data acquisition is using Cellquest V3.2.1 software on a Macintosh G4 computer. Post acquisition analysis can be performed using Cellquest or FloJo

Accuri C6

The Accuri C6 is a dual laser machine with 488nm/640nm lasers giving a maximum of four colour analysis capability.
Data acquisition is using CSampler - data acquisition is over a large dynamic range with no requirement for instrument adjustment.
